RETURNS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS
You will have 15 calendar days from the day of delivery in which to return or change a product.
You can return or change any product or order if it doesn’t satisfy your expectations. In these cases, the article are in perfect condition but doesn’t convince the buyer. Therefore, you should process the return by sending an email to email@example.com describing the return or change. In this case, the transport costs will be paid by the purchaser.
Once the packet is received and is found to be in good condition, the full amount will be paid into your bank account in case of refund or a new product will be sent to you, C.O.D.
RETURN OF WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ARTICLES
If there has been an error in the preparation of the order and we have sent you a different article from the one you have ordered, get in contact with firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, we will take care of the shipping costs.
